The right handed market is thin for a 6/7 even though it's my preference as well. Does bieksa have anything left ? |

Re RH D, is Sustr still unsigned? He’d be a solid 6/7 option |

He wouldn't be bad as hes still relatively young right handed and adds a physical element but man he can't skate for crap |

He’s as good as your gonna get for a RH depth guy. Hopefully Myers beats out Gudas for a top 6 spot at sometime during the season and Gudas is perhaps part of a trade to add another solid pivot. That would give you Provy, Ghost, AMac, Sanheim, Hagg and Myers as your top 6. Sustr and, once healthy, Morin (who also may push Hagg for a starting spot before the end of the season) provide good 7/8 depth. Considering you’d still have Brennan and Friedman at LHV, that’s pretty good depth for a playoff run. |

Yeah overall i would be fine with it. Would come down to his partner on his pairing couldn't be with another brick foot guy.

Trade for TVR. The Canes don’t need him now, and the Flyers need a new set of hockey bros. |

Not sure why but, I have a feeling the Myers may be ready to make the jump.
I have still trace worries about those pesky concussions.
I think he and Sanheim have some chemistry and really could be a nice third pair out there. |

Not sure the brass would put out Sanheim and Myers as a third pair. They are pretty old school and I would guess they would want a vet on that pairing. |

I think there is a negative chance Myers starts this year in the nhl. |

Trade for Slava Voynov when and IF the NHL allows him back. He and Provy would make a good tandem. |

I would be profoundly disappointed if he ended up on the Flyers, let alone back in the league. Some things are just not worth it. |

He can get work. I just hope the Flyers front office has the brass to to not let a wife beater represent their brand.
If Kap can't get a NFL job in today's climate then sorry, I see no reason why this creep should be able to. |

Hexy has shown no tendency for 2nd chances or low character guys. He wouldn't even draft high upside mildly troubled players. I have strong faith this would never happen |

It should happen if he can still play. Obviously I haven't seen him play for 3 years but if he can still play at a NHL caliber level then so be it. I'll take a short term risk on a "bad character".
Dany Heatley killed his buddy and still had time to finish off a NHL career. |

Heatly's situation is very different. It was a car accident. He didn't thoroughly beat someone. |

As is the Kap situation. I'm not trying to justify the right or wrong of someones actions just proposing the idea of a second chance! |

I'm with you. He can play in the NHL just not on the Flyers.
